Heading 1

NATURAL GAS GENERATORS

Natural gas is becoming the preferred choice in many installations as it provides much longer capability and easier permitting. Gas generators have 90% fewer emissions compared with diesel generators. In addition, there is virtually no maintenance associated with natural gas generators, while diesel fuel requires conditioning annually. Another advantage is that more authorities having jurisdiction are recognizing natural gas generators for sole off-site fuel choices because these generators rely on a strong underground pipeline network that is rarely impacted by weather.

GENERAC PROVIDES A RANGE OF INDUSTRIAL EMERGENCY POWER SOLUTIONS

When hospitals are not functioning properly due to a power outage, they place the lives of patients, staff and visitors at risk. What facility managers often do not realize is that during a time of crisis, a lit hospital is like a beacon to the community. Many visitors won’t leave and many community members flood in, looking for shelter, assistance, food and water.

If your backup generators are only sized to supply your most critical functions, you will likely have issues handling this influx of people. Elevators may not be operating, hallways may not be lit, and your cafeteria may not be able to serve food. Your generators need to be able to provide the power to support your community, not just your patients and staff.

All generators are installed by our sister company, Caribbean Electric. Same great people, just a different name.
